Malcolm Bendall is the Australian inventor behind the Thunderstorm Generator (TSG), a plasmoid-based technology developed over decades of research into plasma physics and combustion. Plasmoid Power Co. Ltd holds a manufacturing license for the Thunderstorm Generator, with its production facility based in Thailand. Plasmoid Power has been manufacturing and selling proof-of-concept retrofit kits for two years, and is now scaling into full commercial production — engineering the TSG for reliable, tested, large-scale manufacture, and building a worldwide network of licensed regional distributors.

Kevin Baker is CEO of Plasmoid Power. He brings over 25 years of industrial management experience in Thailand, and leads the company's manufacturing operations and its growing international distributor network.
