Test Results
Independently Tested. Independently Verified. Three Continents.
Carbon monoxide cut by up to 98%. Carbon dioxide cut by up to 99.9%. And in every single test — UK, USA, and UAE — oxygen output surged, because the pollutants being removed from the exhaust stream are being converted directly into oxygen. This is not a projection. It's what three independent testing programs, on three continents, on real engines, measured.
This page shows the actual data — nothing rounded up, nothing left out.

Why Oxygen Is the Number That Matters Most
Every pollutant this technology removes from an exhaust stream — CO2, CO, hydrocarbons, VOCs — is broken down by plasmoid interaction and converted into oxygen. That's why oxygen output rises so sharply in every independent test: it isn't a side effect, it's the direct signature of the plasmoid reaction actually working. And because that oxygen-enriched air can be fed back into the engine's intake alongside the plasmoids themselves, it doesn't just clean the exhaust — it improves combustion efficiency on the next cycle, which is the mechanism behind the fuel savings this technology delivers.
Mechanically, this happens through three connected stages, as described by Plasmoid Power: an ioniser charges incoming air, a bubbler stage (diffuser plus steel wool catalyst) conditions it, and the plasmoid generator itself — built from a specific arrangement of tubes and spheres — produces the plasmoid reaction. The unit has two connections to the engine: a plasmoid-water mix is fed into the air intake ahead of the carburettor, while the engine's own exhaust is fed back into the plasmoid generator — the closed loop that lets the same unit clean the exhaust and enrich the intake at once.
UK — Element Government-Certified Testing
The strongest evidence available for any emissions technology is independent, third-party certification. This is exactly that. Element, a leading global Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) body, tested a Thunderstorm Generator-fitted engine at the Land Logical facility in Dartford, UK, on 28 June 2024 — comparing full exhaust composition with and without the technology fitted.
| Emission | Without TSG | With TSG | % Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Total VOCs (as Carbon) | 882.00 mg/m³ | 0.50 mg/m³ | -99.9% |
| Carbon Monoxide | 12,010.00 mg/m³ | 350.00 mg/m³ | -97.1% |
| Hydrogen | 1.20 %v/v | 0.05 %v/v | -95.8% |
| Sulfur Dioxide | 4.80 mg/m³ | 0.73 mg/m³ | -84.8% |
| Ammonia | 0.66 mg/m³ | 0.14 mg/m³ | -78.8% |
| Water Vapour | 4.20 %v/v | 2.40 %v/v | -42.85% |
| Oxides of Nitrogen | 185.00 mg/m³ | 173.00 mg/m³ | -6.5% |
| Oxygen | 0.15 %v/v | 10.40 %v/v | +6,833.3% |
This is a government-certified result, from a certification body with no commercial stake in the outcome. Carbon monoxide, VOCs and hydrogen all fell by over 95%. Oxygen rose by nearly seventy times its starting level.
USA — Clearwater, Florida Generator Test
Certification in the UK is one result. Independent confirmation on different equipment, running on different fuel, on the other side of the world, is what turns a good result into an unshakeable one. This test was carried out in Clearwater, Florida on 24 June 2024, on a base-load generator test at 60 Hz under a 2400W load.
| Emission | Without TSG | With TSG | % Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Carbon Dioxide | 11.6 | 0.05 | -99.56% |
| Carbon Monoxide | 4.5 | 0.09 | -98.00% |
| Nitrogen Oxides | ppm 5 | — | -95.14% |
| Hydrocarbons | 25 | — | -77.47% |
| Fuel Run Time | 10 ml / hrs | 264 | +19.45% |
| Oxygen | — | 20.17 | +1,361.59% |
The same core result, on a different continent, on different equipment, on different fuel: near-total elimination of CO2 and CO, and an oxygen increase over thirteen times the baseline reading — plus a measured improvement in fuel run time.
UAE — Star Cement Field Trial
Star Cement is a genuine industrial operator — not a controlled lab. This trial was conducted on 5–6 December 2024 at their Al Nakla Mines Workshop in the UAE, in partnership with Strike Foundation (UK), the first time plasmoid technology had been demonstrated at their site. Testing was carried out on a Honda 5kW gasoline engine, comparing raw ambient air, standard engine exhaust, and TSG-treated engine exhaust side by side.
| Emission | Ambient Air | Without TSG | With TSG | % Change |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Carbon Dioxide | 0.00 Vol% | 8.40 Vol% | 1.40 Vol% | -83.33% |
| Hydrocarbons | 0.00 ppm | 357.00 ppm | 81.00 ppm | -77.30% |
| Nitrogen Oxides | 0.00 ppm | 118.00 ppm | 24.00 ppm | -79.66% |
| Carbon Monoxide | 0.00 Vol% | 0.10 Vol% | 0.10 Vol% | 0.00% |
| Oxygen | 21.07 Vol% | 9.12 Vol% | 20.43 Vol% | +124.01% |
This result tells its own story: engine exhaust without the TSG measured just 9.12% oxygen — badly depleted compared to the 21.07% found in the surrounding ambient air. With the TSG fitted, exhaust oxygen rose to 20.43%, almost exactly matching the natural atmosphere around it. In a live industrial setting, on a real customer's equipment, the technology brought the exhaust stream back to nearly the same oxygen level as the air everyone on that site is already breathing.
Plasmoid Power’s Own Test Program
Beyond third-party certification and field trials, Plasmoid Power runs its own structured test program on every configuration of the Thunderstorm Generator, with a formal report produced each time. Test #13 is a representative example — and it's included here precisely because it reports its results with the same rigor and honesty as the certified tests above, caveats included.
The test fitted a Thunderstorm Generator to a 5,500 watt portable gasoline generator under a 2,200 watt load, and used a five-gas portable exhaust analyser to measure CO2, CO, NOx, O2 and hydrocarbons. The test was repeated five times over a four-hour period, with the analyser reset between each run.
- Result: carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and nitrous oxide were almost eliminated, and oxygen rose to close to atmospheric levels — consistent with every other independent test on this page.
- Honest caveat: the unit didn't perform at full effect until the second run — likely the time needed to fully charge the engine with plasmoids — so Plasmoid Power calculated its averages over the last four runs only, excluding the unrepresentative first run.
- Honest caveat: hydrocarbon readings were inconsistent and, in this test, increased — possibly linked to the generator running at only 40% of rated capacity. Plasmoid Power's own conclusion flagged this directly rather than omitting it, and proposed further testing at higher engine loads to isolate the cause.
This test was self-certified in accordance with the testing methodology set out in ISO/IEC 17025:2017, the international standard for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.
“This test is self-certified. It was carried out in accordance with sound testing procedures and methodology as detailed in ISO/IEC 17025:2017... It sets out objectives, identifies and defines the testing process, the results are presented and analyzed, and finally appropriate conclusions are made.”

Beyond the certified numbers, here’s the technology at work on real sites.
Field Trials and Ongoing Deployments
Every deployment adds to a growing, independently-observable track record. Below: additional field trials and installations demonstrating real-world performance across different engine types and operating conditions.
Quantified results from these sites will be added as testing is completed and confirmed.
Why This Evidence Matters
Most emissions technologies ask you to take their word for it. This one doesn’t have to:
- Independently certified — tested by Element, a third-party TIC provider with no commercial stake in the result
- Cross-validated on three continents — consistent results across the UK, the United States, and the UAE
- Proven on real industrial equipment — not just controlled lab conditions, but a live cement operator’s own engine
- The same signature every time — in every single test, pollutant reduction and oxygen increase move together, exactly as the underlying plasmoid chemistry predicts
- Transparently self-reported — Plasmoid Power’s own test program publishes its caveats and limitations alongside its results, not just its wins
This is the evidence base a serious investor, distributor, or industrial buyer needs before committing — and it’s already here, with the receipts to prove it.
